Their debut studio album Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde was released in 1992 and was certified Gold in the US. It reached #23 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart, #58 ok the UK Albums chart, and #75 on the Billboard 200 chart. The Pharcyde released the album Labcabincalifornia in 1995 which reached #17 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart and #37 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their single “Passin’ Me By” reached #1 on the US Rap chart. The group’s single “Runnin’” reached #5 on the US Rap chart as did their single “Drop” and their song “She Said” reached #3 on the US Rap chart.
